    Returns

    If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return your items (in new condition) within 90 days from the date of purchase for a refund or exchange. Exchanges will be given for items in new condition returned up to 6 months after purchase. All returns are subject to a 25% re-stocking and handling charge.

    Replacement Parts Warranty:  During the appliance warranty period, parts used on a Frigidaire appliance to replace a part which failed under the terms of the appliance warranty are covered for the unexpired portion of the appliance warranty. After the warranty period, all replacement parts are warranted for one (1) year from the date of installation, provided the part(s) is installed in accordance with the manufacturer's recommendation. Exceptions: Commercial application and light bulbs are not warranted.

    THERE ARE NO WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND EITHER EXPRESS, STATUTORY OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THOSE OF MERCHANTABILITY AND OF FITNESS FOR PURPOSE. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties, so the above exclusion may not apply to you.
